Real Factory and Quality Control for Stable Delivery

From incoming materials to production, writing tests, appearance, packing and shipment, YIREN uses a real production floor, defined inspection points and approval records to reduce quality variation, delivery delays and after-sales risk.

Decades of Manufacturing Keep Quality and Delivery Under Control

Since 1995

1995
YIREN production team assembling writing instruments

YIREN has long focused on writing instrument manufacturing, building incoming, in-process, writing, appearance, packing and outgoing inspections into every production stage. Factory strength is not just equipment on display; it is the delivery capability created by production, testing, packing and shipment working together.

Inspection priorities are set for each project according to pen structure, surface finishing, target market and customer requirements. Approved samples, first-article confirmation, in-process sampling and pre-shipment review form the basis of batch consistency and order stability.

Production Floor and Inspection Points, Side by Side

Seven core inspections cover materials, production, writing, appearance, corrosion resistance, packing and final shipment, showing how real manufacturing and quality control happen together.

Corrosion resistance testing for metal finishes is performed according to product, process and customer requirements. Final parameters are documented in the test report.

20–30 QUALITY CHECKPOINTS

24 Control Points from Production to Final QC

This is our standard combined production and quality control framework. Extra checks can be added for each project according to product structure, customer standards and market regulations.

PREVENTION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Real Factory Strength Means Lower Delivery Risk

Skipping or Unsmooth WritingPrevented through refill incoming checks, start-up testing and continuous writing inspection.
Color Differs from Approved SampleControlled through approved samples, color tolerances and batch first-article approval.
Logo Misalignment or Poor DurabilityProcess, position and adhesion are approved, followed by in-process sampling during production.
Packaging Damage in TransitPrevented by checking insert fit, carton method, outer-carton labels and transport protection.
